Who we are

It’s Okay to think on the weekday is a collective rooted in community , wellness . and open dialogue. What began as a small conversation in Cleveland has grown into a nonprofit initiative that brings people together to pause , reflect and share openly about life. We are more than an event series-we are a collective of thinkers, creators . and neighbors committed to exploring the aspects of wellness. Through monthly gatherings and larger cultural events , we provide a space for balance, reflection, and meaningful connection.

Our collective believes that slowing down to think-even on the busiest weekday- we can spark healing ,creativity, and community change. Together, we are building a movement that reminds people :its okay to think, and its powerful to do so together.

What Happens here

What happens here is intentional. We recognize that people can often feel when something is off—whether it’s mental, emotional, social, or physical—but not every space is designed to help them explore that. Too often, environments can feel awkward, overwhelming, or built around a one-size-fits-all experience. We move differently.

Each gathering is rooted in the eight aspects of wellness, allowing people to identify where they are and engage in ways that feel natural to them. Instead of forcing interaction, we create an atmosphere that gently invites it—through movement, conversation, creativity, and shared presence. We design our spaces to feel balanced, welcoming, and alive, where individuals can reflect, express, and connect without pressure.

Here, awkwardness softens into connection, and silence becomes space for thought rather than discomfort. It’s not about fixing people—it’s about meeting them where they are and creating an environment where growth, honesty, and community can exist at the same time.

Who is it for?

This space is for anyone seeking balance, connection, and a moment to think. It’s for those navigating life’s transitions, exploring their wellness, or simply wanting to be part of something real. Whether you’re expressive or more reserved, clear or still figuring things out, you belong here. You don’t need to have everything together—you just need a willingness to show up as you are.

At the same time, this space is not for those who come with the intention to judge, dismiss, or disrespect others. We do not tolerate bullying, harmful energy, or behavior that disrupts the sense of safety we are building. Our community is rooted in openness, care, and mutual respect—and protecting that environment is essential to everything we do.
